After losing his UFC debut, Natan Levy (8-1) was back on track. He met Rafa Garcia (2021) for his first assignment and lost a disappointing unanimous decision. He has responded to his sole loss with two classic unanimous decisions of his own over Mike Breeden (2022) and Genaro Valdez (2022) but we have not seen him since.
We also have not seen Mike Davis (10-2) since 2022. He has only fought three times since making his UFC debut in 2019 which was a submission loss to Gilbert Burns. He knocked out Thomas Gifford (2019) and earnt unanimous decisions over Mason Jones (2021) and Viacheslav Borshchev (2022).

Both of these guys have had more UFC fights get cancelled than actual fights. They are both very rusty with a lot of talent yet have a lot to prove so this is good matchmaking.
They are both very well-rounded as dynamic strikers who mix in their grappling very well and will be confident wherever the fight goes. Davis has the more impressive wins on his record, and we understand why he is the heavy favourite.
The difference could be Davis’ wrestling. As long as he respects the jiu-jitsu of Levy and does not leave his neck open, he should be able to take him down and assume control time.
Considering the odds and the time-off, Levy is the smart pick, but we are backing Davis for a successful return.
