MICK PARKIN VS LUKASZ BRZESKI LOWDOWN
Mick Parkin (9-0) fights on home soil protecting his unbeaten record. He got in the UFC by submitting Eduardo Neves (2022) on the Contender Series to keep up his 100% finish rate including five knockouts. Although he has not been as clinical, he has risen to the UFC level by earning unanimous decisions over Jamal Pogues (2023), Caio Machado (2023) and Mohammed Usman (2024).
Lukasz Brzeski (9-4-1(1)) has not been as consistent in his four UFC outings. He started his UFC campaign with a three-fight skid dropping decisions to Martin Buday (2022) and Karl Williams (2023) before getting knocked out by Waldo Cortes-Acosta (2023). With his UFC career on the line, he pulled a win out the bag with a unanimous decision over Valter Walker (2024).
MICK PARKIN VS LUKASZ BRZESKI PREDICTION
Parkin is the heavy favourite and is expected to shut Brzeski down with his pressure. We are not sure how high his ceiling is, but training with Tom Aspinall will only improve his grappling and striking.
Brzeski is more athletic and has the speed advantage, but we feel Parkin’s fundamentals will be enough to bag the rounds. Expect him, to win the exchanges on the feet with his jab and sealing the rounds with his grappling.
