Lyon Preview: Chaotic Lyon
Olympique Lyonnais have been chaotically run off the pitch by American owner John Textor and they could still face administrative relegation this season but the decision, bizarre at the time, to replace Pierre Sage with Paulo Fonseca proved to be quite an impressive one in January.
That said, Fonseca is now suspended for the next eight months due to dissent and Lyon actually come into this one on the back of a 4-2 defeat against fellow European chasers Strasbourg in an entertaining clash at Stade de la Meinau last weekend.
Lille Preview: Easy on the eye Lille
Lille replaced Paulo Fonseca, who departed the club for AC Milan last summer, with former Stade Rennais boss Bruno Genesio and the northerners have played a generally impressive style of football as they sit just outside of the top four and the UEFA Champions League spots.
The visitors have been inconsistent and unconvincing in this calendar year and come into this one on the back of a narrow victory in the Derby du Nord against Lens at Stade Pierre-Mauroy last weekend courtesy of a 19th minute winner scored by Matias Fernandez-Pardo.
