World champion Luke Humphries returns to action and the top seed will be aiming to get going where he left off as he meets Nick Kenny in the third round.

Luke Humphries vs Nick Kenny Prediction

Luke Humphries did what he had to do in his second-round match with the Frenchman Thibault Tricole as he eased to a 3-0 win. He averaged an average 90.79 but he was comfortable throughout and he will now look to tune things up and raise his game.

He meets Nick Kenny who has come through two rounds to reach this stage. The Welshman has beaten Stowe Buntz 3-0 and then veteran 32nd seed Raymond van Barneveld 3-1 and while they have been relatively close with their averages, Kenny has come through the clutch moments.

That is unlikely to be possible against the prolific Humphries. The champion will likely score too heavy for Kenny to keep up with him and we fully expect Humphries to put a marker down here with a comprehensive win.
