Lorenzo Musetti vs Stefanos Tsitsipas prediction

Stefanos Tsitsipas remains on course to defend his title after a statement win over Nuno Borges. 

The Greek dropped just two games as he showed just why he has won the Monte Carlo title on three previous occasions with a rampant 6-1 6-1 triumph.

The sixth seed will now battle Lorenzo Musetti for a place in the last four after the Italian bagged an impressive 6-3 6-3 victory over an in-form Matteo Berrettini. 

Musetti will need to break new ground against Tsitsipas having lost all five of their prior meetings, including four on clay. 

It’ll no doubt be an eye-catching affair with two delicious one-handed backhands on show, but clearly the reigning champion’s game style suits facing Musetti and we anticipate that won’t change despite strong Italian support from the stands for the 13th seed.
