Lois Boisson vs Harriet Dart prediction

Lois Boisson plays in her first WTA Tour event of the seasons after injuries struggles which have plagued her career over the last year. Her ranking has dropped to outside of the top 300.

Her opponent in the first-round will be Great Britain’s Harriet Dart. Dart has struggled for form since her encouraging showing at the Australian Open, in which she got past the qualifiers before losing to Donna Vekic in the second round despite taking the first set. 

In the events since, she lost in the first round of the Singapore Open, failed to get past the qualifiers of Miami, and was then beaten by number one seed Jacqueline Cristian at the Puerto Vallarta Open.

In her first clay court match of the year, Dart lost to Varvara Gracheva in three sets at the Charleston Open.

She’s not in great form but we think Dart can return to winning ways with a victory against her much lower ranked opponent.
