Lens Team News: Still no Satriano

Martin Satriano joined Lens on loan last summer but he remains unavailable for the hosts as he deals with an ACL injury. Mat Ryan has joined the club from Roma this week to try and replace Brice Samba, whilst both Jhoanner Chavez and Remy Labeau are both doubts, too.

Predicted XI (3-5-2): Koffi; Frankowski, Gradit, Sarr, Medina, Deiver Machado; Sotoca, Thomasson, Diouf; Nzola, Koyalipou

Unavailable: Satriano (Injured)

Questionable: Jhoanner Chavez (Injured), Labeau (Injured)

Angers Team News: Couple of doubts

Sidiki Cherif was a doubt for last weekend but did actually score a couple of weeks for Angers. He remains a doubt for this one again, though, due to a thigh issue – as is the case for Justin-Noel Kalumba, who is dealing with an ankle problem.

Predicted XI (4-2-3-1): Fofana; Arcus, Biumla, Lefort, Hanin; Aholou, Belkelba; Allevinah, Abdelli, El Melali; Lepaul

Unavailable:

Questionable: Cherif (Injured), Kalumba (Injured)

Lens vs Angers Prediction

Lens come into this one on the back of a 2-1 defeat to defending champions and runaway league leaders Paris Saint-Germain at Stade Bollaert-Delelis last weekend. The home team have now managed just one win, against struggling Le Havre, in their last four matches in Ligue 1. Angers come into this one on the back of three successive victories as they try and propel themselves into the middle-of-the-table, most recently defeating Auxerre by two goals to nil last week. Their style is to try and limit the opposition attacking threat, whilst Lens have struggled for goals throughout the campaign, so a low-scoring affair seems likely for this one.

Lens vs Angers Tip: Under 2.5 goals
