Leigh Leopards vs Warrington Wolves Prediction
This represents Warrington Wolves’ first away fixture since a narrow 12-14 victory against Leeds Rhinos last month. Since then, three home games have delivered two wins, one of those in the Challenge Cup and most recently defeat at the hands of Hull FC. Leigh Leopards come into this one hot following back-to-back wins in all competitions.
Most impressive about Leigh’s recent victories have been them conceding just 18 points across the two games. If they can maintain that defensive stability here then they stand an excellent chance vs the Wolves. Warrington’s backline looked fragile against an admittedly strong Hull FC and if Leigh can improve their cutting edge going forward, then with home advantage, they may just do enough to edge what should be a tight encounter.
