Leganes Preview: Lega’s heartache
Leganes have endured some real heartache either side of the March international break as Borja Jimenez’ side attempt to battle against the drop from La Liga this season, following their promotion to the top-flight as champions last year.
Lega went into the break having taken a 2-0 lead at home to Real Betis before eventually losing by three goals to two against the in-form Andalusians. Then, with a 2-1 lead at half-time against Real Madrid at Butarque last weekend, they eventually suffered another 3-2 defeat.
Osasuna Preview: From Europe to a relegation battle
Following the departure of Jago Arrasate to Real Mallorca last summer, former Almeria coach Vicente Moreno replaced him with some suggesting they could be relegated this season but, instead, they have spent the majority of the campaign competing for the European spots.
That said, though, they have since declined and their form has begun to regress to the mean. They managed to earn themselves a goalless draw against Athletic Club at San Mames last weekend but remain hovering in the bottom-half of the table.
Leganes Team News: Oscar suspended
Key midfielder Oscar is now missing through suspension for Leganes this weekend as they continue to deal with a couple of injury absentees such as former Rangers defender Borna Barisic and the versatile Enric Franquesa, who sustained an ACL injury in November.
Predicted XI (4-2-3-1): Dmitrovic; Rosier, Sergio, Nastasic, Javi Hernandez; Neyou, Renato Tapia; Juan Cruz, Dani Raba, Miguel de la Fuente; Diego Garcia
Unavailable: Barisic (Injured), Enric Franquesa (Injured), Oscar (Suspended)

Osasuna Team News: Couple of doubts
As they make the trip to Butarque this week, Osasuna have been dealing with a few injury issues of late and a couple of them remain doubtful such as midfielder Iker Munoz and Spain international attacker Bryan Zaragoza.
Predicted XI (3-4-3): Alvaro Fernandez; Boyomo, Alejandro Catena, Juan Herrando; Jesus Areso, Jon Moncayola, Lucas Torro, Abel Bretones; Raul Garcia, Budimir, Aimar Oroz
Unavailable:
Questionable: Iker Munoz (Injured), Bryan Zaragoza (Injured)
Leganes vs Osasuna Prediction
Leganes try and play a progressive and attacking style of football with impressive coach Borja Jimenez at the helm. That has been shown despite their defeats of late with a couple of thrillers that went the wrong way against strong sides in Betis and Madrid. They face an Osasuna side that will seek to try and rediscover their impressive counter-attacking capabilities and with a fair bit on the line and at stake for these two sides, both teams scoring may well be a good bet for this one in the Community of Madrid.
