LE HAVRE PREVIEW: LACKING LE HAVRE
Slovenian coach Luka Elsner departed over the summer and was replaced by former Middlesbrough defensive midfielder Didier Digard. Le Havre put in some bright performances but now begin the weekend’s round of fixtures sitting in the bottom two.
The bottom two are the automatic relegation places this season but they did get themselves a desperately needed victory last weekend as they edged past bottom-of-the-table Montpellier Herault by a goal to nil at Stade Oceane.
REIMS PREVIEW: REIMS SLIDING
The reason Elsner departed was so that he could take up the vacant managerial position at Reims following the departure of Will Still. They started the season very well and were flying high but they have drifted out of the European spots.
That is because of a three-match losing streak which began with losses against Auxerre and Stade Brest. Their most recent outing saw them lose by a goal to nil at Stadium de Toulouse last weekend against Toulouse.
LE HAVRE TEAM NEWS: KEY ABSENTEES
Le Havre are dealing with several key injury issues for this weekend as Arouna Sangante is sidelined for the hosts alongside the likes of Andy Logbo and Josue Casimir.
PREDICTED XI (3-1-4-2): Desmas; Salmier, Kinkoue, Lloris; Toure; Nego, Zouaoui, Ndiaye, Targhalline; Ayew, Kechta

LE HAVRE VS REIMS PREDICTION
Le Havre have put in some good performances in terms of playing football but last weekend’s so-called six-pointer against Montpellier was built upon a sturdy defence. Reims travel to Stade Oceane looking like they simply need to halt a slide that has come out of nowhere and that could lead to them being quite cautious, too. As a result, a low-scoring affair would appear quite likely with fewer than three or four goals.
