Latvia vs Canada Prediction

Latvia couldn’t have asked for a more difficult start to this competition, first taking on Canada at the Canadian Tire Centre in Ottawa, before a showdown against USA less than 24 hours later at the same venue. Canada did a profession job most recently vs Finland, shutting them out and winning 4-0 on home ice.

Whilst it won’t be easy for Canada to record consecutive shutouts, they definitely should be favoured to make it back-to-back group wins as they are ultimately a stronger team across the ice than Latvia man-for-man.
