Karol Rosa (18-6) comes into this bout ranked number nine in the bantamweight division and she will know that victory here will catapult her up the rankings. She comes off a unanimous decision win over Pannie Kianzad and she will now look to put a streak together. She has flirted between the featherweight and bantamweight divisions in recent years but this looks like her best opportunity to make a run at a title shot.
Ailin Perez: Argentine veteran riding four-fight win streak
Ailin Perez (11-2) has won her last four fights and she comes into this bout against Rosa knowing a win would catapult her into the top ten in the bantamweight division. Perez comes off a submission win over Darya Zheleznyakova in September while the other three wins all came by decision. She will not mind what the method of victory is here as long as she makes it five in a row.

This is a really intriguing fight where Karol Rosa has been fighting at a higher level while having some mixed results and Ailin Perez is on something of a tear albeit against lesser opposition.
It will be interesting to see if Perez can carry that momentum and confidence into this fight and make it five in a row but she is going to have to raise her level.
Rosa will be confident of grinding it out as she so often does, and her last ten fights, win or lose, have all gone the distance.
There is every chance that this follows suit and goes to the scorecards but we think the more well-rounded Rosa has the skills to get the decision.
