It says much about the rise of Joao Fonseca that he is seen by many as a slight favourite against Tommy Paul.

The Brazilian starlet made short work of qualifier Elmer Moller in the first round to tee up what promises to be a fun spectacle with the 11th seed.

Paul warmed up for the European swing with a semi-final run in Houston and is certainly no slouch on the dirt, pushing to the third round at the Caja Magica last year.
