Jiri Lehecka vs Grigor Dimitrov Prediction

Jiri Lehecka started 2024 in strong form and he is looking just as good in 2025 even in these early stages as the Czech 23-year-old has impressed en route to the semis in Brisbane.

After dispatching Holger Rune and Yoshihito Nishioka, Lehecka beat Nicolas Jarry 6-4 6-4 on Friday to progress to the semis where he now meets second seed Grigor Dimitrov.

Dimitrov eased into the semi-finals as he overcame Aussie Jordan Thompson who retired when 6-1 2-1 down. Dimitrov was in total control of the match and the outcome was not going to be any different even if Thompson had not retired.

Dimitrov has looked really good this week and it will be interesting to see how he measures up against Lehecka here.

Dimitrov’s serve is firing this week and when that is the case, it is hard to oppose him against any other than the absolute elite level players. Lehecka has beaten him the last two times they have met however and that will give him some confidence coming into this one.

We think this one could well go the distance and be a really competitive match. It will certainly be the hardest match so far for both players in Brisbane this week and we favour the game betting in this one.
