Jenson Brooksby vs Felix Auger-Aliassime Prediction

Jenson Brooksby has had a tough start to 2025 but he has been handed some incredibly tough draws. In the two ATP Tour events he has played, he drew Taylor Fritz at the Australian Open and then Tommy Paul in Dallas.

He faced Benjamin Bonzi in the first round and had to dig deep to win a three-set battle. He lost the first but rebounded in style winning 1-6 7-5 7-5 to move into the second round and pick up his first win in a main draw of the season.

He now faces a tough test as he meets in the in-form Felix Auger-Aliassime. The Canadian has been on fire so far this year and he will be hoping to carry that into the Sunshine Double.

He comes off a final appearance in Dubai where he lost to Stefanos Tsitsipas but he had already won two ATP Tour titles in Adelaide and France.

Auger-Aliassime is playing some really good tennis right now and he simply has to be favoured. Barring any complacency, he should win this one comfortably.
