Jaume Munar vs Kamil Majchrzak prediction

Former quarter-finalist Jaume Munar will have his eyes on a deep run in Marrakesh that could help him crack the world’s top 50 for the first time. 

The 27-year-old Spaniard has chalked up some solid results since February, backing up a run to the Dallas semi-finals by reaching the third round in Miami courtesy of a victory over Daniil Medvedev that was just the third top-ten win of his career. 

Munar then lost a tight three-setter to Gael Monfils but will feel good about his game heading into the clay swing. 

World number 122 Kamil Majchzrzak stands in his way after comfortably seeing off Sumit Nagal and Marco Trungelliti.

The 29-year-old Pole has won the previous two meetings in the head-to-head with the Spanish world number 55, but those encounters were way back in 2017 in Antalya and 2019 in Antwerp. Neither match was on clay and we are tipping Munar to snare his first win in the match-up in Marrakesh.
