Jannik Sinner was exceptional once again on Wednesday in the quarter-finals as he won his singles match at a canter against Sebastian Baez and then pair up with Matteo Berrettini to help win the crucial doubles match.

He knows he has to win his singles match to ensure this tie goes to the doubles at the very least and he is looking pretty unstoppable right now. His win in the quarters against Baez took his record to 10-1 in Davis Cup singles matches and it is hard to see anybody beating him right now.

He is playing some outstanding tennis right now and his confidence is through the roof. He has played a crazy amount of tennis this year but he looks as fresh as ever right now.

Alex de Minaur is his likely opponent and the Aussie will be desperate to try spring an upset. However, he has never beaten Sinner in eight attempts and the Italian is simply better than him in all aspects including the areas that De Minaur excels in.

The chances of anything other than a Sinner win seem extremely remote. Back him to win in straight sets as he has done in seven of their eight previous meetings.
