Jan-Lennard Struff vs Valentin Vacherot prediction

Local wildcard Valentin Vacherot is sure to have to the home support as he targets a first main draw win at Monte Carlo. 

The Monégasque has lost all three of his previous matches at the tournament but comes into it after coming through qualifying at a Challenger in Murcia and last time out in Bucharest. 

The 26-year-old, ranked outside the top 200, has won seven of his last ten matches on clay and will hope Struff’s poor form in 2025 could open the door for the upset. 

The German has lost his last six and has just three victories so far this year. However, the 34-year-old’s solitary title on tour came on the dirt and he also reached the final in Madrid and the last eight in Monte Carlo two years ago.

There is potential for an upset, but we are tipping JLS to make it lucky number seven and end that losing run.
