Jack Draper vs Carlos Alcaraz Prediction

Nobody has had to work harder than Jack Draper to reach the round of 16 so far as he has been involved in three five-set matches. In each of those matches against Mariano Navone, Thanasi Kokkinakis and then Aleksandar Vukic last time out, he had to win the last two sets to go through and he managed to produce the goods.

He will simply have to be better if he is to go any further as he now faces Carlos Alcaraz. The 21-year-old Spanish star has had a far more comfortable route to this stage and comes off a four-set victory over Nuno Borges. That was the only set Alcaraz has dropped so far and it came in a tiebreak so he will be confident coming into this match.

The pair have met three times before and Alcaraz leads the head-to=head 2-1. It was Draper who won the last meeting at Queen’s last year.

It is Alcaraz who has to be favoured coming into this one given the week so far and their respective performances. Our play is on set betting as we can see this one going to at least four, if not five sets once again.

Jack Draper vs Carlos Alcaraz Tip: Carlos Alcaraz to win and over 3.5 sets
