Ismael Bonfim: Marreta aiming for third win in four in UFC
Ismael Bonfim (20-4) has made a positive start to life in the UFC with two wins from his first three fights and he will be looking to build on his win last time out. He made quite the splash on his UFC debut knocking out Terrance McKinney with a flying knee at UFC 283 but then was submitted by Benoit St Denis. He bounced back nicely by getting a unanimous decision win over Vinc Pichel at UFC 301 and he will be targeting a win here to catapult him up the rankings.
Nazim Sadykhov: Azeri star looking to extend 10-fight unbeaten run
Nazim Sadykhov (9-1-1) is looking to continue his fine form as after losing his first professional fight, he has yet to taste defeat in the ten fights since then. He comes off a majority draw against Viacheslav Borshchev at UFC 295 and that was his last fight back in November 2023. That means he has been inactive for 15 months so he will have to hit the ground running against such a high-calibre opponent here.

This fight has the credentials to be one of he Fights of the Night at UFC Fight Night 251 as Ismael Bonfim takes on Nazim Sadykhov.
Bonfim is an exceptional fighter and is one of the best fighters to have come through the Contender Series in recent years.
Sadykhov also came through the Series and has shown he is more than capable of rising up levels in the Octagon.
This really is a superb match that has been put together and should live up to the hype. Our preference in this one is firmly with Bonfim. He is vastly experienced, incredibly well-rounded and unbelievably tough.
Both fighters are tough and neither has ever suffered a knockout in 35 fights in total across both careers. We like Bonfim and expect him to win by decision.
