Henry Cejudo: Ex-champ desperate to remain relevant after successive losses
Henry Cejudo (16-4) is coming off consecutive losses for the second time in his career and he will be hoping to respond just like he did when he lost to Demetrious Johnson and Joseph Benavidez back in 2016. He lost to Aljamain Sterling and then Merab Dvalishvili in his last two bouts and the challenge now is bouncing back at the age of 38. That will not be easy against a hungry fighter.
Song Yandong: Chinese star coming off Petr Yan loss
Song Yadong (20-8-1 with one no contest) is coming off a unanimous decision loss to Petr Yan in what was the eighth loss in his 30-fight career. The Chinese star has had some good wins during his time with the organisation but has arguably been found wanting when he has come up against any top end fighters.

The main event at UFC Fight Night 252 in Seattle is a fascinating one as both Henry Cejudo and Song Yadong need a win here.
Cejudo has had setbacks before and has shown great character to fight back and rise again. He will need to show all of that and more to get back to winning ways here.
Song Yadong is a decent fighter but we just feel he is limited at the highest level. The question is whether Cejudo is still a top-level fighter after two tough losses. There were some warning signs of him slowing down a touch last time out.
We do think Cejudo will still be too quick and too good technically for the Chinese fighter here. His pride will ensure he is sufficiently motivated and we think he gets back to winning ways here.
