Mid-table perhaps flatters Hellas Verona after a bright-ish start to the campaign and they now welcome an extremely underwhelming and unconvincing Roma side to the Bentegodi.

HELLAS VERONA PREVIEW: STRUGGLING VERONA
Hellas Verona come into this one on the back of a slender 1-0 defeat to previously bottom-of-the-table Lecce in their most recent outing to continue their poor form in the last couple of months since beginning the season well following the appointment of Paolo Zanetti.
Verona had won two of their opening three matches and were pushing towards the top end of the table but they have now suffered six defeats in their last seven matches as they sit firmly in the bottom-half of the table.
ROMA PREVIEW: ROMAN RUINS
At the start of this calendar year, Roma sacked manager Jose Mourinho and then sacked club legend Daniele De Rossi in September. Ivan Juric is in charge but it has to be said that it appears a matter of time before he is also sacked by the Friedkin Group.
The Giallorossi did manage to edge past Torino by a goal to nil at the Stadio Olimpico via Paulo Dybala in midweek. However, that victory came on the back of a five-match winless run of form across all competitions that was extended by a 5-1 loss against Fiorentina.

HELLAS VERONA VS ROMA PREDICTION
Both of these sides have been awful in recent times and both Paolo Zanetti and Ivan Juric are among the candidates most likely to be sacked in Serie A. Verona, for a second successive season, had started the season well before badly fading, whilst Roma will go to the Bentegodi with the hope that their defeat of Torino in midweek is actually the start of something. The likely outcome of this game is a low-scoring affair, regardless of if or which team comes out on top.
HELLAS VERONA VS ROMA TIP: UNDER 3.5 GOALS
