Hellas Verona Preview: Win or bust for Verona
Hellas Verona have enjoyed nine victories with just four draws and as many as 18 defeats in their 31 matches so far this season, winning as many as Torino, who sit in the top-half of the table, but only bottom-of-the-table Monza have lost more often than them.
The home team come into this one on the back of, quite remarkably, two of those aforementioned four draws in their two games since their return from the March international break with a goalless draw against the aforementioned Torino last weekend.
Genoa Preview: Steady and stubborn Vieira
With former Crystal Palace boss Patrick Vieira at the helm, who is used to playing a more attacking and proactive style of football, Genoa have managed to shut things down since November with an impressive defensive level.
The visitors head into this one on the back of yet another low-scoring and hard-fought victory as they sit firmly in the middle-of-the-table. They defeated Udinese by a goal to nil in Friuli courtesy of a 77th minute strike from Alessandro Zanoli.
Hellas Verona Team News: A few issues
Benfica loanee Casper Tengstedt is once again an injury doubt for Verona this weekend due to a thigh issue, whilst the likes of Marco Davide Faraoni, Cheikh Niasse and Suat Serdar are all also potentially unavailable.

Genoa Team News: Frendrup suspended
Genoa midfielder Morten Frendrup is unavailable for this weekend’s trip to the Bentegodi due to suspension. They also have some key injury doubts including West Ham United loanee Maxwel Cornet due to a thigh issue.
Predicted XI (3-4-2-1): Leali; Sabelli, De Winter, Johan Vasquez; Zanoli, Onana, Miretti, Caricol; Malinovskiy, Thorsby; Pinamonti
Unavailable: Frendrup (Suspended), Balotelli (Out of favour)
Questionable: Bani (Injured), Masini (Injured), Cornet (Injured)
Hellas Verona vs Genoa Prediction
Hellas Verona are win or bust this season. They have managed to win enough games to push themselves firmly into the middle-of-the-table but they remain one of the more inconsistent and difficult teams to watch as they face a Genoa side known for their defensive style of football and a low-scoring affair is to be expected for this one but the visitors do appear to simply be a better and more controlled side.
Hellas Verona vs Genoa Tip: Genoa to win & under 3.5 goals
