After qualifying for the UEFA Europa Conference League last season with a remarkable campaign, Heidenheim have struggled throughout the season. The hosts do, though, come into this one on the back of a positive restart as they cruised to a comfortable 2-0 defeat of Union Berlin last weekend before a thrilling 3-3 draw with Werder Bremen in midweek. They now face a St Pauli side that, under the management of Alexander Blessin, try and play an exciting counter-attacking style of football but their matches are often low-scoring. Given that, under 3.5 goals seems very likely for this one.
