After beginning with back-to-back victories, Hearts are clinging on to a spot in the top 24 after three successive UECL defeats. Petrocub Hincesti, on the other hand, have collected just a solitary point.

The home team come into this one on the back of a slender 1-0 defeat to ten-man Kilmarnock at Rugby Park at the weekend. They have been extremely poor in the Scottish Premiership and are rock-bottom in the domestic league table with just three victories in their 17 matches so far.
