Gold Coast Titans vs Canberra Raiders prediction

The clash between the Gold Coast Titans and the Canberra Raiders features two teams headed in opposite directions. The Titans were very disappointing against the Dragons in Wollongong, conceding five tries in the 25-minute period either side of half time before finally going down 38 to 16. On the flip side, the Raiders travelled to Darwin as part of an exhausting early season schedule and dismantled the Parramatta Eels to the tune of 50 points to 12.

It will be interesting to see if fatigue is indeed a factor for the Raiders. As well as the extreme heat that they had to endure in the top end last week they now face a Gold Coast Titans team desperate to regain some respectability.

The Raiders have won nine of the past ten matches between the two sides and we think this one feels like it will follow a similar trend. While there are some key inclusions for the Titans the Raiders have benefitted from a settled 17 of late and are on the right path to consolidate their position in the top 8 and continue their push for a top four position.
