Girona vs Sevilla Prediction
Michel’s Girona come into this one on the back of a slender 1-0 defeat of Deportivo Alaves in their most recent outing last weekend thanks to a second-half stoppage-time winner from defender Jhon Solis. The Catalans lost several players over the summer and yet are still pushing for a top seven finish. They now face a Sevilla side that were most recently held to a 1-1 draw to struggling Valencia at the Ramon Sanchez Pizjuan last weekend after being hammered 4-1 by second-tier Almeria in the Round of 32 in the Copa del Rey. Girona, with home advantage, are slight favourites for this one.
