Girona lost Aleix Garcia, Savio and Artem Dovbyk in the summer transfer window and it has been an underwhelming campaign this season as they sit in the bottom-half of the table after a third placed finish last year in just their fifth top-flight campaign.

Getafe, as mentioned, have won just one game all season but it is their defensive rigidity and solidity that protects them against losing too many either. They are low-scoring and difficult to watch and this is a real clash of styles given the nature that Michel has always set his Girona side out to play in.
