Francisco Cerundolo vs Harold Mayot prediction

Francisco Cerundolo’s clay-court prowess should be too much for qualifier Harold Mayot.

The Argentine reached the last four in Munich last time out, made the final in Buenos Aires and also went deep in Santiago and Rio. 

The world number 21 also reached the quarter-finals in Madrid last year and will be confident of a similar run this time around. 

Mayot came through qualifying and was a surprise winner over the fiery Corentin Moutet, but his best results have largely come in Challengers and it’s hard to see him coping with Cerundolo’s forehand in these sorts of conditions.
