With eight defeats in eight WSL matches leaving them rock bottom of the table, newly promoted Leicester have sacked Jonathan Morgan and replaced him with England Women’s youth team coach Lydia Bedford. The new boss has had ample time to work with her players on the training ground, but that isn’t expected to make much difference in terms of the overall result against an Arsenal side top of the WSL table heading into this latest round of fixtures. The Gunners may show signs of fatigue as this contest goes on having been in Champions League action during the week, however the strength-in-depth of their squad should push them through nonetheless to a comfortable victory over the Foxes by at least two clear goals.
