Union Saint-Gilloise’s excellent start to the season continued as they made it five straight wins by overcoming Cercle Brugge at the weekend. That came in the Jupiler Pro League but they have also won all three of their Europa League matches as they sit in a superb position in Group D. Sporting Braga were beaten by the Belgians last week in what was their first loss of the competition but now that they come into this having lost their last three games in all competitions, it is difficult to envisage them overturning last week’s defeat and another loss is on the cards for the visitors.
