KI’s fairytale Champions League run came to an end against Molde in the third qualifying round, but the Faroese champions gave everything, beating the Norwegian giants at home in the first leg, but ultimately coming unstuck in extra time away at Molde. They still have the chance to achieve a dream though by overcoming Sheriff and securing a Europa League group stage place. Sheriff will come into this first leg as favourites, but KI have shown already in Europe how resilient they are and clinical if given an opportunity. A shrewd move would be to back KI with home advantage in their favour to gain either a draw or an aggregate lead in the first leg via the double chance market.
