THE PREDICTION

This is a big game in Group D as Tottenham take on Eintracht Frankfurt in what could prove to be a pivotal matchup. Both teams sit on four points apiece having played out a goalless draw last week and that could make for another edgy affair here. Spurs have been unable to translate their Premier League form into the Champions League so far but will be content having conceded in just one of their three games. However, that is also the case for Frankfurt so there is very little to split the two teams. With that in mind, expect a close contest which yields under 2.5 goals with that total not being surpassed in any of Tottenham’s three UCL games to date while there has also been no more than one goal in two of the German side’s three matches too.
