THE PREDICTION
This will very much be a revenge mission for Liverpool after their defeat to Real Madrid in last season’s Champions League final, and they will certainly be hoping that Thibaut Courtois isn’t in such inspired form this time around. It is likely to be a raucous atmosphere at Anfield and that no doubt plays a part on European nights, not to mention the fact that several key players have returned to the Reds squad from injury of late. The reigning champions, though, have plenty of experience with these occasions, and given that they have failed to score in just one of their last 19 UEFA Champions League encounters, it would be no surprise to see them breach Alisson’s net at some point on Tuesday evening. Therefore, both teams to score is the prediction.
