THE PREDICTION
These two sides had hugely contrasting openers in Group B with FC Porto grinding out a goalless draw with Atletico Madrid while Liverpool were involved in a barnstorming clash with AC Milan which ultimately ended 3-2 in their favour. The absence of Porto’s Chancel Mbemba through suspension is a significant loss here to the hosts as containing the likes of Mohamed Salah will be paramount to their success, but Liverpool haven’t exactly been watertight at the back of late, most recently conceding three to promoted side Brentford in the Premier League. With these factors in mind, both teams scoring would not be a surprise here.
