THE LOWDOWN
AC MILAN
AC Milan are up against it in Group F as they sit bottom heading into the fourth round of fixtures, and they now take on the side that comfortably defeated them in the reverse fixture two weeks ago.
Stefano Pioli's side are hardly in a good moment right now having lost three and drawn one of their last four games in all competitions, with their latest outing being a hugely disappointing home defeat to Udinese on Saturday.
PSG
By contrast, PSG have started to motor of late, and have won all five games since their humbling defeat to Newcastle on Matchday 2, scoring three times in each of those victories.
The Parisians sit top of this hugely competitive Champions League group, and they know they can take a giant step towards qualification for the knockout stages with another victory here against a side they have already handily beaten.
THE TEAM NEWS
AC MILAN
Defensive issues are a major concern for Pioli, who will be without Pierre Kalulu and Simon Kjaer, who is the latest to join the treatment room.
Left-back Theo Hernandez, meanwhile, missed out over the weekend with a minor issue but is expected to be fit for this encounter.
PREDICTED XI (4-3-3): Maignan; Calabria, Thiaw, Tomori, Hernández; Loftus-Cheek, Krunić, Reijnders; Rafael Leão, Giroud, Pulišić
UNAVAILABLE: Sportiello (Injured), Caldara (Injured), Kalulu (Injured), Kjær (Injured)
QUESTIONABLE: Hernandez (Injured), Krunić (Injured)
PSG
Lucas Hernandez missed Friday's win over Montpellier in Ligue 1 but is expected to return to the side here, while Presnel Kimpebe, Nuno Mendes and Danilo Pereira will definitely miss out.
Randal Kolo Muani will once again compete with fellow summer signing Goncalo Ramos for the central striker role.
PREDICTED XI (4-3-3): Donnarumma; Hakimi, Marquinhos, Škriniar, Hernández; Zaïre-Emery, Ugarte, Lee; Dembélé, Ramos, Mbappé
UNAVAILABLE: Kimpembe (Injured), Nuno Mendes (Injured), Danilo (Injured)
QUESTIONABLE: Asensio (Injured), Navas (Injured)
THE PREDICTION
Top meets bottom in the 'Group of Death' and the distance between the two teams could become even greater by the time this fixture is complete. PSG were superior two weeks ago, and given the respective form of both sides since that fixture, a repeat outcome is expected at San Siro. AC Milan are beset with injury problems right now, and that spells bad news for facing Kylian Mbappe and co. Expect the visitors to complete the double here.
TIP: PSG TO WIN
