THE PREDICTION

After drawing 1-1 with Salzburg in the opening round of group games, this feels like a must-win encounter for AC Milan at home to Dinamo Zagreb. However, to underestimate the visitors would be huge mistake, with momentum within their camp sky high following their shock 1-0 victory over Chelsea. Most impressive about that win was them shutting out the Premier League side and Dinamo are expected to set up with a strong, disciplined defensive foundation, making it extremely difficult for AC Milan to break them down. The Italian giants did not show enough conviction going forward against Salzburg and this may well prove another frustrating night for them offensively should Dinamo replicate the performance levels they showed vs Chelsea. With that in mind, consider backing under 2.5 goals to be scored over the course of the game.
