SEVILLA VS BORUSSIA DORTMUND PREDICTION
Group F winners Borussia Dortmund will be glad to turn their attention towards Champions League action, having slipped down to sixth place in the Bundesliga after winning just one of their last six league games. The German outfit travel to Spain in this round of 16 first leg encounter to take on Group E runners up Sevilla. Julen Lopetegui’s side finished a point behind Chelsea in their group, having won four and drawn one of their six matches. Dortmund meanwhile, have gone five European games unbeaten, four of those being victories and will benefit hugely from the availability of star striker Erling Braut Haaland, who missed Dortmund’s final two group fixtures due to injury. Whilst the likes of Haaland and winger Jadon Sancho represent serious firepower for BVB, defensively a huge question mark hovers over the German side who have conceded 13 goals in their last six in all competitions. Therefore, an entertaining contest should be on the cards here with both teams finding the net.
