Third place in Group H hosts second place in what is a massive encounter for PSG. Thomas Tuchel’s side know that anything other than a win here against RB Leipzig would leave them with a huge mountain to climb should they wish to qualify for the UEFA Champions League Knockout Stage. However, all is not rosy in the Parisian’s garden with the pressure piling onto Tuchel after his men surrendered a 0-2 lead to AS Monaco at the weekend, ultimately losing 3-2 in their Ligue 1 clash. Leipzig will be well aware that the first goal going in their favour could prove the catalyst for PSG’s undoing as it was in Germany when Julian Nagelsmann’s side triumphed 2-1 on Matchday 3, hence they are expected to attack the French champions from the start. This should lead to a highly entertaining contest, with both teams finding the net and the result ultimately going either way.
