GETAFE PREVIEW: GRIM GETAFE
With a depleted squad that endured a difficult summer transfer window, Getafe begin this weekend’s round of fixtures sitting outside of the bottom three and the relegation places with just one victory in their opening eight matches but that victory did come in their most recent outing, last weekend.
The Madrid-based club come into this one on the back of a 2-0 victory over Deportivo Alaves in their most recent outing at the Coliseum last weekend. They opened the scoring in the 42nd minute via Mauro Arambarri before Luis Milla then notched a penalty around 15 minutes into the second-half.
OSASUNA PREVIEW: OSCILATING OSASUNA
Over the summer, Osasuna did lose Jago Arrasate, who had guided Osasuna to UEFA Europa Conference League qualification as well as a Copa del Rey final whilst in charge of the Pamplona-based club, and replaced him with former Almeria boss Vicente Moreno, who had badly struggled with the Andalusians last season.
The visitors come into this weekend having played relatively poorly and unconvincingly throughout the campaign but then pulled off a magnificent 4-2 defeat of Barcelona at El Sadar last weekend. That means they have managed four victories with two draws in their opening eight matches so far.
GETAFE TEAM NEWS: FULLY FIT AND AVAILABLE
Getafe are blessed with a fully fit and available squad for the first time this season as Jose Bordalas seeks to find some fluency with what is a small squad.
The home team do have a couple of issues to work out with the early season experiment of Christantus Uche being deployed up-front now seeming even more ineffective than was expected.
PREDICTED XI (4-4-2): Soria; Djene, Berrocal, Alderete, Rico; Perez, Arambarri, Milla, Sola; Mayoral, Yildirim

OSASUNA TEAM NEWS: NO NEED TO CHANGE
There are no fresh injury concerns or suspension issues for Osasuna to deal with ahead of this weekend’s clash with Getafe so there is no need to change for Vicente Moreno, given their form.
They are playing a proactive and quite attacking style of football even with the existing absentees of key players such as Jon Moncayola, Iker Munoz and Kike Barja.
PREDICTED XI (4-3-3): Herrera; Areso, Catena, Boyomo, Cruz; Ibanez, Torro, Oroz; Garcia, Budimir, Zaragoza
UNAVAILABLE: Monacayola (Injured), Munoz (Injured), Kike Barja (Injured)

GETAFE VS OSASUNA PREDICTION
This one is expected to be a low-scoring affair in the Spanish capital, despite Osasuna’s eight matches so far this season actually consisting of 25 goals. Getafe, though, with Jose Bordalas’ extremely defensive and reactive, fairly irritating style of football, have managed to score just five goals in their eight matches. Osasuna will fancy their chances but have yet to win on the road yet so a low-scoring affair is still the best bet.
GETAFE VS OSASUNA TIP: UNDER 2.5 GOALS
