Real Madrid play their first game since being knocked out of the Champions League by Man City so they could be a little rusty as they make the trip up north. Real Sociedad could only manage a draw at Valladolid last week but they will be strengthened by Oyarzabal likely coming into the side. So much will depend however on how sharp Madrid are in this opening game and it could well take them some time to get up to speed.
