THE PREDICTION

Under the management of Rui Jorge, Portugal have continued to underperform at a UEFA Under-21 European Championships. They began their group stage campaign with a 2-0 defeat to co-hosts Georgia and followed it up by sharing a 1-1 draw with the Netherlands the other day. They can still qualify, though, by winning this match and hoping the Dutch fail to beat group leaders, Georgia. Belgium have a strong midfield and attack in this competition, with the likes of Aster Vranckx and Charles De Ketelaere. This should be a thriller in Tbilisi with both sides desperate for the points.
