South Korea qualified for the 2023 FIFA Women's World Cup with relative ease and will be hoping to reach, at least, the knockout stages of the tournament in Australia and New Zealand, which begins later this month. They come into this on the back of scoring ten goals in their last two games against Zambia. They now face a Haiti side that have qualified for their first ever FIFA World Cup after winning the intercontinental playoff in February. The Haitians defeated Chile by two goals to one and Senegal by four goals to nil in those playoffs but South Korea remain the firm favourites for this pre-tournament friendly, especially in Seoul.
