THE PREDICTION
Bahrain come into this on the back of a 4-2 win against Kyrgyzstan in their most recent outing in the middle of November. They have had inconsistent form in both international friendlies and qualifiers recently with their last ten matches consisting of five wins (albeit just one in their last five), one draw and four defeats. They come up against a Uganda side that have been very active this January, despite being one of 29 countries that didn’t qualify for the Africa Cup of Nations in Cameroon. The visitors have been playing in Turkey against Iceland, Moldova and Iraq. They lost to Iraq, drew with Iceland and lost to Moldova in those friendlies.
