  • Serbia have done all they could to qualify in their last three games, taking maximum points, but it looks like they will miss out unless Portugal drop points in Luxembourg.
  • They are at least guaranteed a play-off place having won their Nations League group so they will be determined to maintain their good form in any case, particularly in front of their home crowd.
  • Coach Ljubisa Tumbakovic has no new injury or suspension issues so there are unlikely to be many changes, but he remains without Filip Kostic, Nemanja Matic and Milan Pavkov.

  • Ukraine have already secured qualification and top spot in Group B so their main motivation is to carry their good form in this campaign into next year.
  • Andriy Shevchenko is missing a few key players through injury and suspension, including Shakhtar attacking duo Junior Moraes and Marlos and Manchester City left-back Oleksandr Zinchenko.
  • Yevhen Konoplyanka and Ruslan Malinovskiy will be assessed after sitting out Thursday's friendly against Estonia, in which Roman Bezus came on to score his first international goal in over five years.

Ukraine thrashed Serbia 5-0 in the reverse fixture but it should be a different story this time. Whereas the visitors have nothing to play for, the Serbians must win to qualify and are rightly considered favourites at home, where they have lost just one of their last eight internationals.
