THE PREDICTION

Borussia Dortmund will be looking to bounce back from their DFL-Supercup defeat at the hands of Bayern Munich as they get back to league action away at Freiburg. Marco Rose’s side have already proven that they will be very difficult to stop from an attacking perspective after thrashing Eintracht Frankfurt 5-2 last weekend and Freiburg’s defence may be in for a long afternoon here. It is expected that Erling Haaland and co will encounter a more stubborn resistance from Freiburg, who recorded their first clean sheet of the season away at Arminia Bielefeld in their opening Bundesliga fixture. However, the overwhelming strength of the Dortmund offence is ultimately expected to break through the hosts and lay the foundations for an away win in this one.
