Having had precious time to refresh, refuel and work on their deficiencies, Gerardo Seoane’s men are expected to come out firing here at home against Union Berlin, who will need to be at their best defensively. Recent matches involving Union have proven low scoring affairs, with under 2.5 goals scored in each of their last four, however an attack of Leverkusen’s quality should be able to overwhelm the visiting defence and lead them to victory in front of their own fans.
