Nantes suffered their first defeat of the campaign with a narrow 1-0 loss to Rennes last weekend but four points accrued from their first three games is still a decent start for a side that barely avoided relegation last season. They cannot be ruled out here against a Lyon side who have made a noticeably poor start to the season with manager Peter Bosz already feeling the pressure in the hot seat. They looked all set for their first win last weekend but two late goals from newly-promoted Clermont saw the match end 3-3. The visitors simply have to win this and will go for the jugular, but their suspect-looking defence is liable to concede in the process so backing over 2.5 goals is the suggestion.
