THE PREDICTION
Jorge Sampaoli’s Olympique de Marseille have produced some enthralling matches so far this season. An intense and aggressive style of play that can be lazily compared to that of Bielsa, has seen Marseille dramatically improve since the Argentinian’s arrival last March. They now come up against a Lille side that are the reigning champions but the loss of several key players as well as manager Christophe Galtier has seen the northerners drift down towards the middle-of-the-table. They are in some form ahead of this one, though, and have underperformed their expected points this season which would suggest they are playing better than their results show. Given that, both teams scoring looks a good bet for this one.
