THE PREDICTION
A good comparison for Northern Ireland and Bulgaria would be that they have both lost 2-0 to Italy. The Northern Irish did manage some chances in the second-half against Italy and will feel that at least one of their goals conceded could’ve been prevented by their goalkeeper, Bailey Peacock-Farrell. Bulgaria, on the other hand, managed just a shot on target against the Italians. That was their second qualifier after a 3-1 home defeat to Switzerland in which the Swiss had a six-minute blitz early in the first-half where they took a 3-0 lead.
